haha what
30 minute colour studies :(
Anyway, this is Steven. Steve for short. He's just your average dinosaur doing the 9 to 5 at a regular accounting firm. Give him your taxes he'll sort them out gladly. Keeping to himself mostly, Steve's the introvert type except when it comes to team athletics. He's quite fanatical about them but too bad they're not as fanatical about him. Steve tries, he really does, to be one of the guys but because of his ability to grow and build muscle almost immediately he can't help but rip up a shirt or shoe when he flexes while working out and unfortunately as the saying goes 'round here, "no shirt, no shoes, no bro fists".
Also, here's a little something for Krista-Marie Porter as thanks for featuring me on her blog!! Her OC qwuzanku. ♥
Thanks again Krista! :D

Stuff
Went to the zoo about a month or so ago.
Flour sack pencil tests. Learned a lot from doing this. Played with extremes, antic & follow through, used a timer and a dope sheet. I wanted to put more sfx, like do a whole other layer for them, but ran out of time. There are only so many times you can shoot, organize, and reorganize 200+ frames in a day. I think I finally went through the "proper" process of planning and doing an animated sequence with this one. Dedicated to Dave Quesnelle for his chalk talks and seemingly infinite wisdom on animation.

Edited/composite in After Effects (nothing special)

Hunger Games fan art WIP. I love Katniss and Peeta's relationship/romance. It's just so naive and innocent and cute and aoshgoiwghhigaihagsdffff.
“So that day, in music assembly, the teacher asked who knew the valley song. Your hand shot right up in the air. She stood you up on a stool and had you sing it for us. And I swear, every bird outside the windows fell silent...and right when your song ended, I knew - just like your mother - I was a goner.”
"I remember everything about you," says Peeta, tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear. "You're the one who wasn't paying attention.”
oooohhh my heart what is wrong with ittt... Peeta j-just shut up right now.
